Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select your order and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the tools in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and hardware components are included.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number near the return address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
