New items are brand new from the manufacturer in original packaging. Factory Reconditioned items have been professionally restored to like-new condition by the manufacturer, undergo rigorous testing, and include a manufacturer's warranty.
How much does shipping cost for heavy power tools?
We offer flat-rate shipping on most orders. However, oversized or heavy items like table saws or pressure washers may incur additional freight charges which will be calculated at checkout.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging. Please note that gas-powered equipment cannot be returned once gas or oil has been added due to safety regulations.
